How can I purchase a book?


Once you've found a book that you'd like to buy, you begin the purchase process by clicking the “Add to cart” button to place the book in your shopping basket. Repeat the process until you have all the books you'd like to purchase in your shopping basket.


You can adjust this list by checking or unchecking the botton “remove” in front of the book names. Click on 'Chekout' and follow the simple online purchasing procedure.


The fisrt time you buy, you need register. If you have registred, click “log in” and enter your user name and password. If you don’t remember your password, click “Have you forgotten your password?”; please provide your name and e-mail address and we will email your password.

Books also may be ordered by post, telephone or e-mail.


Telephone calls are welcome from 10am to 2pm and from 5pm to 8:30 pm, including saturdays.



Why do I need to create an account to order?


Your account is used to communicate with you on the status of your order, and to allow you to log in to your account and adjust your shipping information and other information.

Methods of payment

Shipment


There is an additional charge to the customer for postage which will be calculated when you order, depending on weight, destination and speed of delivery. You can choose:”Correos” or others postage services.


Returns


Our books are described as accurately as possible and are guaranteed complete unless otherwise stated. When we don’t say anything about book conditions, it means that the book is in a good condition. However, any book may be returned, providing that we are notified of the proposed return within one month of receipt.
